HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

  • In the rare case this might happen, your request needs to be emailed to enquiry@gopremier.com.my within 7 days from date of delivered. Please refer to our RETURN AND REFUND policy before proceed with the request. Kindly provide us a photo of the defect, damage or wrong item as a proof in order to proceed with a replacement and email us the Refund Application Form with the following format below:
